Drop a pin
Click anywhere on a frame to anchor a comment to real coordinates. The pin binds to the node, not the pixel, so it survives the next layout pass.

Assign & status
Every thread gets an owner and a state — open, in progress, resolved, or won’t fix. The state machine is deliberately tiny so nobody has to learn it.
